Contania's contact channel is email. Every message is read — and error reports jump the queue.
To report a calculation error
The most important email you can send us. So we can reproduce and fix it quickly, include: the calculator link, the values you entered, the result you got and the result you expected (a reference — law, table, syllabus — helps even more). Once confirmed, we fix the formula, update the page's revision date and reply explaining what changed.
To suggest a calculator
Tell us which computation you needed and in what situation. Suggestions enter the editorial queue with one criterion: real, frequent questions that can be built on reliable sources come first.
Press, partnerships and content use
Journalists may cite Contania with attribution and a link. Calculators can be embedded for free on other sites — every page has an embed option. For other uses or partnership proposals, write with the context.
Privacy
To exercise your rights under Brazil's LGPD (access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal), use the same email. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Response time
We are a small team: we reply on business days, usually within a week. Error reports on tax or labor calculators currently in force jump the queue.
